Ordering Basics

Final specifications, commercial terms and delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the requirements of each order.

Sample order: 1 sample piece is available. A sample-first order is recommended before bulk production.
Wholesale MOQ: Confirmed after the finish, logo and packaging requirements are reviewed.
Sample lead time: Usually 7–15 days.
Bulk lead time: Confirmed after the scale, finish, quantity and branding requirements are reviewed.
Shipping methods: Express for samples; air cargo or sea freight for wholesale orders.
Export packing: Protective handpan bag, shock-resistant inner packing and a reinforced export carton. Branded packaging can be discussed.
Included accessories: Soft bag, cleaning cloth and playing guide. Final accessory bundles are confirmed with the order requirements.
Quality checks: Scale verification, harmonic tuning check, resonance test, surface finish check and final tuning QC before packing.
Custom orders: Custom scales and note layouts are subject to technical review. Logo and private-label packaging options can be discussed.
